These wonderful candle pigments can only be purchased as diamond chips. The vendor reserves the right to alter the product at their discretion. Pigments can not be dissolved in wax. They are a suspension of particles, that must be stirred well before dipping or pouring takes place. Please note that pigments should not be used to color a candle all the way through; the particles can clog the wick, and/or some particles could settle at the base of the mold leaving dark specks on top of the candle. Ideally, you should only use pigments for overdips. IMPORTANT NOTE: Color swatches should only be used for comparison. Actual color will usually vary, being dependent on scent, additives, and wax used. Differences in monitor settings will also cause the colors to look a bit different. The colors shown are based on the manufacturer recommended amount of one dye chip for each pound of wax , using our 139° F melt point wax with no scent or additives. The diamond shaped chips will color approximately 8 lbs. of wax (1 chip for each lb.). Price shown is for each package of dye chips, 8 chips or per package.
